About this story:
Alex the lion loves living in the zoo. Everyone thinks he is the king of New York! But his friend Marty the zebra is convinced that there has to be more to life. After Marty sets out to explore the wild,he,Alex, and their friends,Gloria the hippo and Melman the giraffe find themselves on a ship bound for Africa. But an accident shipwrecks the four on Madagascar and suddenly they have to survive on their own. Will they survive or will nature take over?
according to me, the movie is much better than the book. the movie had more explanations and details. anyways most people believe what they see compared to what they read. i still like this book. it was given to me on the flight trip to Brunei FOC. [free of charge]
